OUR DOWNLOAD SERVICE
Download cards, tachographs or both.
The card holds the driver's data, while tachograph memory holds the vehicle unit's data.
Tachograph memory
We download data from the vehicle's digital tachograph memory. If you do not have a company card, we will use our workshop card.
What do you receive after the download?
Original digital files in .DDD format, for archiving and import into software that handles tachograph data. We agree how to deliver the files before the download.
You can also ask SCT to prepare working time records, reports or infringement analysis.

Download deadlines and penalties in Poland.
The transport operator is responsible for timely downloads. Regulation (EU) No 581/2010 sets maximum intervals for downloading driver cards and tachograph memory.

How are the intervals counted?
Under point 3 of the Regulation's preamble, these periods count days with recorded activity. Downloads must prevent data loss; where there is a risk of loss, the download must be carried out earlier.
Keep a regular download schedule and retain the original files. A card download alone does not replace a tachograph memory download.

No. We can download the driver card using a reader at our workshop. Bring the vehicle if you also need its tachograph memory downloaded.
The driver card and tachograph memory are separate data sources. Downloading the card alone does not download the device's memory. We can agree whether you need one or both types of files.
